Guided Tours of Dinan
Dinan is a medieval fortress town situated upriver from the Rance estuary. The town is still encircled today by an unbroken line of ramparts, the oldest and most extensive in Brittany. Cette impressionnante ceinture de 3 km, composée.The impressive 3-kilometre ring of fortifications comprises a keep and 14 towers and monumental gateways, within which lies an astonishing wealth of architecture protected down through the centuries.
The Saint-Sauveur Basilica, Belfry, Cordeliers Convent, Church of Saint-Malo and in particular, the old quarter with many half-timbered houses are some of the most important examples of the town’s past which you can explore on one of the guided tours offered in this part.
